LibreCAD/LibreCAD ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a cross platform 2D CAD desktop app that feels like LibreCAD. I want a clean drawing workspace where I can create and edit basic geometry like points, lines, circles, ellipses, arcs, splines, and similar shapes, then save my work as DXF and also export to PDF and SVG. It should be able to open common CAD files too, and if possible import shapefiles for map style drawing.

Make the interface customizable, with a layout that can be changed and translated into multiple languages. The app should run well on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and have a polished, practical look for real drafting work.
