Build me a simple Instagram user scraper that runs right in the browser console on Instagram, so I can copy and paste one script and start using it without installing anything.

It should add a small button on the page that counts how many users it has found, then let me scroll through followers, following lists, tag pages, location pages, and the explore page while it keeps collecting users in the background. When I am done, I want to click a download button and get a CSV file with the user data, including username, profile link, full name, profile id if available, whether the account is private, profile picture, location when it exists, and where the user came from.

Please also keep a cache of the scraped profiles so the data is not lost if the page refreshes or the browser crashes, and add a reset button to clear everything and start over. If you need to check current browser or Instagram behavior, look up the latest docs online first.
