Build me a lightweight app I can run on my home network that makes non HomeKit smart devices show up in Apple Home, so I can control them with Siri like lights, locks, garage doors, and other accessories.

I want it to work like a small bridge server with plugin support, since different devices will need different connections to their own APIs. It should be easy to install on common setups like Raspberry Pi, Linux, macOS, Windows, and Docker, and it should give me a simple setup flow with a QR code or pairing code I can scan in the Home app.
