Build me a production ready platform for creating AI chat bots that work across common messaging apps from one place. I want a web dashboard where I can set up bots in the browser, connect a model like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, or a local model, add a knowledge base, enable tools and plugins, and watch usage, message volume, success rate, and active sessions in real time.

It should support multi turn chat, streaming replies, agent style tool use, and different bot pipelines for different scenarios. Please include connectors for Discord, Telegram, Slack, LINE, QQ, WeChat and enterprise WeChat, Lark, DingTalk, and other platforms that are already supported. Make it feel enterprise friendly with access control, rate limits, sensitive word filtering, exception handling, and solid monitoring.

I want it easy to launch locally and with Docker, with sensible defaults and as little manual config editing as possible. If there is already a plugin or extension system and support for external workflows or MCP, keep that in. Check the latest docs online if you need details.
