Build me a very simple repo or landing page for sharing Dark Tunnel config files. I want it to feel clean and mobile friendly, with a dark look, and make it easy for someone to find and download the right file.

Please add sections for Jio Unlimited Free Internet, Vi Unlimited Free Internet, Airtel Unlimited Free Internet, BGMI 30ms, and 70 plus MB per second for India. Each section should have a clear download button. Right now only the Jio file has a real download link, so use that and make the other buttons obvious placeholders or easy for me to update later.

Keep the wording short and hype styled like the current README, but make the page look more polished and trustworthy. Also make the README nicer so visitors immediately understand what the repo is for and where to click.

If it makes sense, set it up so future config files can be added without much effort. You can look up current GitHub Pages or release linking docs if needed.
