Build me a self hosted virtual broadcast studio for live call in shows, multi host podcasts, and community radio that I can run on my own server with no accounts or paid platform in the middle.

I want a simple browser based studio where a host can invite guests into a room, talk over peer to peer audio, and everyone hears a clean mix without hearing themselves back as an echo. The host should be able to control levels, mute people, pick audio devices, and see basic meters. It should stream live to listeners through Icecast, and also record the session with each voice on its own track plus a full program mix so I can download everything as one zip after.

Please include basic roles and invite links, sensible security limits, and keep the whole thing easy to run locally with one command and one port. If possible, add optional post production tools for transcription, cleanup, MP3 export, and AI generated show notes, but make those clearly disabled with setup guidance when local tools are missing.
