rusefi/rusefi ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to get this rusEFI project building and running from a fresh clone.

Please set up whatever is needed so I can build the firmware, open the tuning console, and run the simulator without having to guess through a bunch of missing steps. If there are any required submodules or environment setup steps, handle those too and make the instructions easy to follow. I’d also like a quick way to run the unit tests and confirm everything is working.

If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead and use them. Make the result practical for someone who just wants to compile the project, launch the tools, and see that the engine control software is working.
